No fingerprint scanner appears on this device just like the TECNO F1, so the only security options present are the traditional use of PINs, passwords and patterns. Under the hood, TECNO F2 sports a Quad-core CPU that clocks at 1.3GHz speed. However, enclosing this processor is the MediaTek 6580A chipset. Graphics are handled by ARM Mali-400 GPU. As the F1 runs on the Android Oreo OS (Go edition), so also does the TECNO F2 enjoy the trimmed down version of Android’s latest OS. The RAM of this smartphone is 1GB unlike the 512MB implemented in the F1. Other than that, the 8GB internal storage remains the same. It can also accommodate memory card of 32GB capacity.
