Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro is a high-end Android tablet equipped with an 11-inch 2k (2560 x 1600) display, Snapdragon 870 5G SM8250-AC 3.2GHz octa-core CPU, 8GB RAM capacity, 256GB storage capacity and a dual rear camera of 50 megapixels (13 megapixels for the WiFi model) + 5 megapixels. This model features 5G communication support, a display with 2k resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz, and the adoption of the high-end Snapdragon 870 chipset. Moving to the battery configuration, this model features an 8600mAh battery capacity compatible with 67W quick charge functionality, 8 speakers, dual camera, OS is Android 11 (MIUI for Pad), biometric authentication supports fingerprint authentication (side) and face authentication, no 3.5mm earphone jack, and the connection port is USB Type-C. Keyboard and stylus pen are also available as options.

This device is available in two colours, black and white. Scheduled to be released in China in August 2021, the price is 2499CNY (about ₦158,000 in Nigeria) for 6GB/128GB WiFi model, 2799CNY (about ₦177,000 in Nigeria) for 6GB/256GB WiFi model and 3499CNY (about ₦222,000 in Nigeria) for the 8GB/256GB 5G model. Also announced is the Xiaomi MIX 4 and the cheaper Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 with Snapdragon 860 chipset.
